精密齒輪齒條加工定制(zhi) 齒(chi)(chi)(chi)條是一(yi)種(zhong)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)分(fen)布(bu)于條形體上的特殊齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪。齒(chi)(chi)(chi)條也分(fen)直(zhi)(zhi)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)條和斜齒(chi)(chi)(chi)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)條,分(fen)別與(yu)直(zhi)(zhi)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圓(yuan)柱齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪和斜齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圓(yuan)柱齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪配(pei)對使用(yong); 齒(chi)(chi)(chi)條的齒(chi)(chi)(chi)廓為直(zhi)(zhi)線而非漸開線(對齒(chi)(chi)(chi)面而言則為平(ping)面),相當于分(fen)度(du)圓(yuan)半徑為無窮(qiong)大圓(yuan)柱齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪。 齒(chi)(chi)條是與(yu)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)相(xiang)配的(de)(de)一(yi)種(zhong)條形(xing)零件。它等(deng)于直徑無限大的(de)(de)一(yi)個(ge)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)周緣的(de)(de)一(yi)段。一(yi)邊均勻分(fen)布(bu)著(zhu)許多(duo)齒(chi)(chi),與(yu)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)相(xiang)嚙(nie)合,將(jiang)轉(zhuan)動(dong)變為(wei)(wei)移(yi)動(dong),或將(jiang)移(yi)動(dong)變為(wei)(wei)轉(zhuan)動(dong)。 (1) 由于齒條(tiao)齒廓為直(zhi)線,所以齒廓上各點(dian)具有相同的壓力角(jiao),且等于齒廓的傾斜(xie)角(jiao),此角(jiao)稱(cheng)為齒形(xing)角(jiao),標準值為20°,目前定(ding)位(wei)齒條(tiao)多為斜(xie)齒,齒形(xing)角(jiao)19°31′42″。 (2) 與齒(chi)頂線(xian)平行(xing)的任一條直線(xian)上具有(you)相同的齒(chi)距和模(mo)數。 (3) 與齒(chi)(chi)頂線(xian)平行且齒(chi)(chi)厚(hou)等于(yu)齒(chi)(chi)槽寬的直線(xian)稱為分度線(xian)(中線(xian)),它是計算(suan)齒(chi)(chi)條尺(chi)寸的基準線(xian)。 目前自動(dong)化(hua)設備主(zhu)要以斜齒條為主(zhu),具有精度(du)高(gao)、扭矩大等特點。
